Helping out in the classroom
We welcome the support of parents and carers in the classroom to help with reading and times tables. The library always welcomes volunteers and your child’s class teacher will have other ideas on how you can help.
If you wish to help out at school you will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Services Check (formally a Criminal Records Bureau Check). Before starting to volunteer in the school you will be given a copy of our Safeguarding and Child Protection Information for Staff, Volunteers and Visitors Leaflet which gives you advice and guidance on working with the children and child protection.
Please do get in touch if you feel you have a skill or passion for something that could enrich our children's learning further. We look forward to hearing from you.
